What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $100 (Hawaii and Alaska not included).

Shipping:

Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Need it sooner? We also offer expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Orders over 3+ do not qualify for expedited shipping, please contact support@loandsons.com should there be any concerns with selecting ground service. Additionally, be sure to add one business day to all expedited shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process on Saturdays or Sundays.

Expedited Shipping

Currently, we have two methods of expedited shipping (processing time for the order included):

Fast (Arrives 3-4 business days): $35
Fastest (Arrives 2-3 business days): $45

Please note, with our expedited shipping options we DO NOT ship or process on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns** on items in their original condition (excluding Used items and monogrammed items)**. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer exchanges or free returns. The customer is responsible for costs associated with the return.
